There was decline of Newspapers and now There's decline of TV usage

There was a time when Newspapers were the only and main form of media for providing all the information, events, news happening around the world. People were totally depended on it to keep in touch with the world then around the 1950s TV started getting popular around the world and it's usage kept on increasing. Radio became popular too and now people started loving the TV for all the media purposes like entertainment, news etc. At the early 21st century before Internet came into existence around the world people were more dependent on the Television to know about the world and mainly for entertainment purposes and news. Usage of newspapers just kept on declining and is still happening as other mediums of media are getting popular. Then came the Internet and as it got popular everything started changing. Radio, TV, Newspaper, Magazines, etc. all came into one medium which is the Internet and the rise of Social Media websites gave it a huge boost. Now people have access to almost every kind of media through the Internet and as phones started getting smarter too with smartphones, they can enjoy all kind of media directly through their smartphone, laptop, computer, tablet etc.There are online newspapers, magazines, movies, songs, people and companies advertising, websites, blogs, radio and FM, TV shows and most importantly news.



Now people don't have to sit in front of their TV to watch Entertainment shows or News they can do it through their smartphone. It's quite messy to keep newspapers as you get them regularly because they take up alot of space, you can enjoy newspapers online and even millions of books and magazines. News are provided at an instant on the Internet and you don't have to wait for a day to get it. These are some of the reasons why people are not watching TV as they used to or buying Newspapers to get news and know about the world. They can do it directly through their smartphone or PC. There's decline of Radio because they can listen to songs digitally and keep millions of songs on the cloud and listen anywhere and anytime. Millennials spend more time on their smartphone and computer than anywhere else to know about the world and have entertainment. They don't watch TV on regular basis. Some people think that there will be a time soon when TV will be called as a Traditional form of media.

The world is constantly changing and the media too!
